The Kings drafted Pinelli in the second-round (No.42 overall) of the 2021 NHL Draft. Pinelli has scored 22 goals with 37 assists (59 points) in 54 games with the Kitchener Rangers (OHL) this season.
Nousiainen was selected in the fourth-round in 2019 and scored four goals with 10 assists (14 points) in 35 games with KalPa Kuopio (Liiga) this year. Nousiainen will report to Ontario (AHL) following the signing of his entry-level contract.
Studnicka was held out of Sunday's practice with an undisclosed injury that he picked up in Winnipeg on Friday. Studnicka is expected to be back on the top line next to Brad Marchand with Patrice Bergeron (arm) sidelined.
Anderson was originally listed as week-to-week but now it seems likely that he will miss the rest of the regular season. The Kings acquired Troy Stecher from Detroit on Sunday to help replace Anderson and some of the other defensemen that the Kings are missing right now (Doughty & Roy).
