Kaedan Korczak has been recalled from Henderson (AHL) and will be in the lineup Monday.

Korczak had two goals, six assists, 18 PIMs and a -2 plus/minus through 30 games with the Henderson Silver Knights (AHL) but has been recalled for the first time to Vegas Monday. He will draw into the lineup Monday for the second time in his career after 1 game played in 2021-22.

Hill allowed three goals on 18 shots (.833 SV%) as he snapped a three-game winning streak with a loss to Buffalo in his last start. The Golden Knights' backup has been solid this season but struggled as of late, yet still has an 8-3-1 record, .903 SV% and 2.66. GAA. He draws the Anaheim Ducks, who are losers of three straight and are 31st in the NHL in goals per game (2.31).

Dorofeyev has six goals, six assists, 24 PIMs and is a -3 plus/minus through 21 games with Henderson (AHL) but will be recalled Friday for the first time this season to join the Vegas Golden Knights. The 22-year-old had previously played two NHL games in 2021-22, but failed to pick up a point.

Ilya Samsonov will start Thursday vs. Philadelphia.

Samsonov allowed five goals on 28 shots (.821 SV%) as he snapped a five-game winning streak with a loss to Washington in his last start. The 25-year-old has been enjoying a sensational first season in Toronto, with his 9-3-0 record, 1.98 GAA and .929 SV%. He draws the Philadelphia Flyers for a matinee showdown, who is 30th in the NHL in goals per game (2.48).

Tomas Hertl has been suspended for two games for his high stick on Calgary's Elias Lindholm.

Hertl will be suspended for two games after his high-sticking infraction Sunday vs. Calgary. It is a massive loss for the Sharks who will be without their leading forward scorer, who has 11 goals, 21 assists, 12 PIMs and 82 SOG through 33 games played this season prior to his suspension.

He will face the Buffalo Sabres, who are on a three game winning streak after beating the Arizona Coyotes 5-2 in his last start.

Akira Schmid has been sent back down to Utica (AHL).

Schmid will head back down to Utica (AHL) after doing a more than admirable job backing up the Devils' crease, posting an incredible 5-3-0 record, 1.96 GAA and .932 SV%. He heads back to the minors, where he was also strong prior to his promotion, with a 2-1-2 record, .918 SV% and 1.97 GAA in a short four game showing.
