Little will miss 10th consecutive game tonight but skated late in the morning skate with a no-contact jersey. There is a chance that Little can return to the lineup on Sunday vs. the Blackhawks.
Little joined the morning skate late with a no-contact jersey which suggests that he will not play tonight vs. the Oilers.
Kassian will miss his second straight game with a back injury. He skated prior to the morning skate, but will not be able to play until he gets back into a full practice.
Little skated prior to the Jets morning skate, but did not participate in the full session. He will be held out of his sixth straight contest. His next chance to return is Saturday vs. Washington.
Little has missed the last five games and will miss his sixth consecutive game tomorrow vs. the Blues, but he is hopeful that he will be back on Saturday vs. the Capitals.
Kassian was held out of Tuesday’s game with tightness in his back. He was replaced by Alex Burrows on the Canucks top-line. Burrows scored two goals, so it could be tough for Kassian to work his way back to the first line.
Little came onto the ice in a no-contact jersey late in the Jets morning skate, which suggests he will miss his third straight game. Little remains day-to-day, so monitor his status before Saturday’s game in Tampa Bay.
Little was already expected to miss the first two games of the trip, so this is not really too surprising. Monitor his status leading up to Thursday’s game in Florida.
Little was injured in Wednesday’s game against the Senators. He will travel with the team on their upcoming four game road-trip, but will miss at least the first two games of that trip. Eric O’Dell will be recalled while Little is sidelined.
Nemeth has been out with an arm injury since October 18th, but could be back in the lineup tonight vs. the Islanders. There is no word on who will come out of the lineup for Nemeth. The 23-year-old has one assist in five games with Texas, and no points in five games with Dallas.
Galchenyuk has missed the last two games with the flu, but it appears to have run its course and he should be back in the lineup on Tuesday in St. Louis. Galchenyuk has 36 points (16G / 20A) in 57 games this season.
After serving as a healthy scratch on Wednesday, Kassian returned to score two goals on Friday and that has earned him a spot on a line with the Sedin twins on Sunday. He has registered five goals and two assists in his last seven games.
Galchenyuk will miss his second game with a the flu. After tonight the Habs are off until Tuesday, so there is a good chance that Galchenyuk will return for their next game.
Kassian has three goals and two assists in his last six games, but will come out of the lineup tonight in New York. With Kassian coming out, Brandon McMillan will make his Canucks debut.
Nemeth, who has been sidelined since October 18th with a deep arm laceration, is expected to be returned to Texas (AHL) in a week or so to return to action. Nemeth could have a difficult time returning to top-form and climbing his way back to the Stars roster in 2014-15.
Kassian has been a healthy scratch in the last three games, but he is expected to get back into the lineup tonight vs. the Penguins. Kassian has just six points (2G / 4A) in 26 games this season.
The Stars originally announced that Nemeth would miss the rest of the regular season with an arm laceration, but it sounds like they will get him back in early-to-mid March. The Stars have a ton of young depth on D though, so Nemeth would likely be heading back to the AHL.
Little has missed several skates as of late as he continues to nurse a nagging injury, but it will not keep him out of the lineup tonight. He has been on fire as of late, registering eight goals and 10 assists (18 points) in his last 17 games.
Galchenyuk spent the better part of the last month on the Canadiens top-line, but was on the third line with Brandon Prust and P.A Parenteau in practice on Monday morning. He has four goals and five assists (nine points) in his last 10 games.
