Kassian has not yet been cleared to play, so he will be held out of the lineup again tonight. Kassian believes he is ready, but still need medical clearance.
Kassian skated on his own on Saturday but is participating in his first practice since suffering a finger injury on November 25th. Kassian is targeting a post-Christmas break return to the Canucks lineup and it would appear as if he is on track for that.
After missing Monday’s practice, Little was back at Jets practice on Tuesday and coach Maurice confirmed that Little will be in the lineup tomorrow vs. the Oilers. Little has three goals and one assist in his last four games, giving him 15 points (8G / 7A) in 25 games on the year.

Galchenyuk will be playing in his first game since April 9th. He will skate on the Habs second line with Tomas Plekanec and Thomas Vanek. Michael Bournival will take a seat with Galchenyuk back in. He had one goals and two assists in five playoff games in 2012-13.
Galchenyuk has not played since April 9th because of a lower-body injury that he suffered that night vs. the Blackhawks. Galchenyuk recorded 13 goals and 18 assists (31 points) with a minus-12 rating in 65 games this season. If he returns to the lineup tonight, Micheal Bournival is expected to be scratched.
Ladd had a strong season, nearing his career-high with 54 points (23G / 31A). That falls five short of his career-high that he set with the Atlanta Thrashers (remember them?) in 2010-11. Ladd has been a good leader for this team and exemplifies exactly what head coach Paul Maurice is looking for out of his players. Should Maurice be back next season, look for Ladd to have a good year.
