Korpisalo will start vs. Ottawa on Thursday.

With Jeremy Swayman battling an undisclosed ailment, DiPietro has been recalled from the Providence Bruins (AHL). If Swayman is unable to suit up, DiPietro will likely serve as the backup to Joonas Korpisalo. The 25-year-old DiPietro has been outstanding in the AHL this season, posting a 1.95 GAA and .930 SV% in 22 games (14-5-3) with Providence.

The Bruins have points in four straight (3-0-1) and will roll with Swayman between the pipes on Wednesday against the New Jersey Devils. Callahan will make his NHL debut in Tuesday's game against the Lightning.

Callahan will draw in for Jordan Oesterle, who is a healthy scratch. Callahan was a fifth-round pick of the Coyotes in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft and has spent the last four seasons in the Bruins organization. He has one goal and five assists in 35 AHL games this season.
