Beecher is expected to draw back into Boston's lineup for Game 6.

Beecher was a healthy scratch for Game 5 but will draw back into the lineup for Game 6 as he replaces the injured Danton Heinen. The 23-year-old scored Boston's first goal of the series vs. Toronto but has yet to put up another point throughout his four games played.

James van Riemsdyk will make his series debut for the Bruins in game three, making Lauko the odd man out of the lineup. Lauko played the first two games of the series, averaging 10:43 time-on-ice while registering five shots and 11 hits.

Peeke was limited to only 10:20 time-on-ice in the Bruins 3-2 game two loss to the Toronto Maples on Monday due to an upper-body injury. In 38 games this season, Peeke recorded 10 points (1G / 9A), 92 hits, and 78 blocks.

Swayman had a terrific regular season, going 25-10-8 with a 2.53 GAA, .916 SV% and three shutouts in 44 appearances (43 starts). Swayman will start Game 1 vs. Toronto but doesn't have a lot of NHL playoff experience. He's 3-4 with a 2.79 GAA and .901 SV% in eight appearances (six starts) since 2021. Swayman was undefeated vs. Toronto this season, going 3-0-0 with a sparkling 1.30 GAA and .959 SV%.

With the Bruins set to begin their first-round playoff matchup against the Toronto Maple Leafs on Saturday, they have recalled Lohrei from Providence. The 23-year-old Lohrei played 41 games for Boston this year, his first NHL season, tallying 13 points (4G / 9A).

The Bruins will continue to push for the Presidents Trophy on Monday with Swayman between the pipes against the Washington Capitals.
