Korpisalo will start against the Flames on Thursday.

Peeke was injured on Tuesday after taking a hard hit from Max Pacioretty. Pacioretty was originally assessed a five-minute major on the play but the penalty was rescinded after review. The 26-year-old Peeke has two points (0G / 2A) in 13 games this season.

Jones has cleared waivers and been assigned to Providence (AHL).

Jones struggled to find his place in the lineup in his first season in Boston, being limited to only four games, scoring zero points a -4 plus/minus. The 26-year-old Jones has not played in the AHL since an eight-game stint with the San Diego Gulls in the 2019-20 season.

The injury occurred in the first period when Peeke took a hard hit from Max Pacioretty. Pacioretty was originally assessed a five-minute major on the play but the penalty was rescinded after review. The 33-year-old Johnson spent the last three seasons with the Chicago Blackhawks, tallying 70 combined points (32G / 38A) and a -64 plus/minus across 149 games. His best season was in 2014-15 with the Tampa Bay Lightning when he scored 72 points (29G / 43A) in 77 games.
