Brossoit will start Saturday in Los Angeles.

Brossoit surrendered three goals on 25 shots in the Oilers loss to the Avalanche last Sunday. Brossoit has gone 0-3-1 with a 3.23 GAA and .882 SV% in four starts this season. Brossoit’s NHL career has not gotten off on the best foot and he draws a difficult matchup in Los Angeles, where the Kings are 23-11-2 this season.

Foligno (illness) missed the morning skate and is questionable for Tuesday’s game.

Foligno is battling an illness and head coach John Tortorella listed him as questionable for tonight’s game vs. the Flyers. Consider him a game-time decision and expect Alex Wennberg, who missed Sunday’s game with a lower-body injury to replace Foligno if he can’t play.

Nick Foligno
Maroon (illness) missed Monday’s practice; doubtful for Tuesday’s game vs. Arizona.

Maroon has picked up six points (2G / 4A) in 10 games since being acquired from the Ducks at the trade deadline. He had been skating with Connor McDavid and Jordan Eberle, so his absence will open a nice spot in the lineup. Monitor his status during Tuesday’s morning skate.

Pat Maroon
Teravainen (illness) is expected to be in the lineup on Wednesday.

Teravainen missed Tuesday’s morning skate with an illness, but he was on the ice for Wednesday’s morning skate and will be in the lineup vs. the Flyers. The Blackhawks will shake up their lines tonight and Teravainen is expected to skate with Andrew Ladd and Andrew Shaw. He has 11 goals and 19 assists (30 points) in 66 games this season.

Brossoit will start Monday vs. Nashville.

Brossoit surrendered six goals on 27 shots in the Oilers loss in Columbus on March 4th. The 22-year-old netminder has gone 0-2-1 with a 2.93 GAA and .919 SV% in three career NHL starts, so he’ll look to notch his first career win tonight vs. the Predators. Nashville comes in having lost three of five.
