The 29-year-old is having an incredibly down year, as he has a 5-13-3 record, .894 SV% and 3.99 GAA. He takes on one of the league's hottest teams the Toronto Maple Leafs, who have gotten at least a point in 15 straight contests (12-0-3).



Talbot was not on the ice for the Senators' morning skate and is considered a game-time decision. It sounds like Talbot is dealing with an illness and will start if he's able to but will give way to Anton Forsberg if he's not 100 percent. Monitor Talbot's status as the Senators hit the ice for warmups at 7:00 PM ET.

DeBrincat has point in five straight games (1G/4A) but is a game-time decision Monday as Ottawa hosts Anaheim Monday. If the 24-year-old is forced to miss some time, it will be a big loss for the Senators, as he has seven goals, 22 points, 93 SOG and 12 PPP through 27 games this season.

Mitchell has been recalled by the Blackhawks for the second time this season after having a very productive start to the season in Rockford (AHL) where the defenseman had two goals, four assists and a +6 plus/minus through five games. He was pointless with a -4 plus/minus in his two games with Chicago earlier this season when called up the first time.
