


Saros stopped 25 of 27 shots (.926 SV%) for his third-straight victory as he beat Arizona 6-2 in his previous start. The 27-year-old has been solid all year, with his 23-16-5 record, 2.80 GAA and .916 SV%. He will face the Pittsburgh Penguins, who have won their last two games and are fifth in the NHL in shots (33.7).

Annunen had a 17-8-4 record, 2.53 GAA and .913 SV% with the Colorado Eagles (AHL) and has been recalled to the Avalanche on Tuesday. The 22-year-old started one game so far for the Avalanche in 2022-23, stopping 19 of 20 shots (.950 SV%) for his first victory of the season.

Denisenko has three assists, 16 SOG, four PIMs and a -5 plus/minus through 18 games this season but will be a healthy scratch Tuesday. Casey Fitzgerald will be his replacement in the Panthers' lineup.

Evangelista had nine goals, 32 assists, 18 PIMs and a +10 plus/minus through 49 games in his first full season in Milwaukee (AHL) and has been recalled for the first time in his career Tuesday. The 21-year-old is Nashville's 2020, 2nd round pick (42 overall).

Gravel has an assist, 12 SOG, two PIMs and a -6 plus/minus through 14 games with the Predators but has been reassigned to Milwaukee (AHL) Monday. He returns to the minors, where he had a goal, 10 assists, 16 PIMs and a +7 plus/minus through 39 games prior to his last promotion.

Englund was dealt for Jack Johnson over the weekend and will make his Blackhawks' debut Monday vs. the Ducks. The 27-year-old had three assists, 20 SOG, and 26 PIMs through 36 games played with the Avalanche.

Oesterle hasn't played since February 28th and has been placed on the injured reserve with an undisclosed injury. The 30-year-old had two assists, five points, and eight PIMs through 38 games prior to his injury.

Ratcliffe was a second-round pick in 2017 but has yet to make an impact at the NHL level. The 6-foot-6, 200 lbs winger has appeared in just 10 NHL games in five years, spending all of 2023 in the AHL so far. In 26 games with Lehigh Valley, Ratcliffe has just four points (2G / 2A). He'll likely report to Milwaukee (AHL).

With all of the injuries in Colorado this season, Englund settled in as their No.6 defenseman, posting three assists in 36 games. Despite putting together a solid campaign the Avalanche elected to bring back Johnson, who won a Stanley Cup with them last season. Englund should have a chance to earn more playing time in Colorado.




Bellows has one goal, 25 SOG, six PIMs and a -5 plus/minus through 17 games this season with the Flyers but will be a healthy scratch Friday. Justin Braun will be taking his spot in Philadelphia's lineup.

Denisenko had nine goals, 21 points, 29 PIMs and a -14 plus/minus through 37 games played with the Charlotte Checkers (AHL) but will head back to Florida Friday. The 22-year-old has played in 17 games with Florida this season, picking up three assists, and a -5 plus/minus rating.


Murray served as Jake Oettinger's backup Wednesday because Scott Wedgewood was believed to be dealing with something minor but will return to Texas (AHL) Thursday. The 25-year-old has gone 13-8-5 with a 2.43 GAA and .905 SV% in 27 AHL games this season.
