Hinostroza will play for the first time since January 17th, replacing Anders Bjork on the Sabres' fourth line. Hinostroza has scored eight goals with nine assists (17 points) in 36 games this season.
Ratcliffe appeared in 10 games with the Flyers during his call-up, scoring one goal with three assists (four points). Ratcliffe returns to the AHL, where he has 13 points (5G / 8A) in 33 games. Max Willman is expected to replace him in the Flyers' lineup on Thursday.
Frasca was an undrafted free agent centre out of the OHL. The 20-year-old has scored a team-leading 32 goals with 33 assists (65 points) in 44 games with the Kingston Frontenacs this season.
Marchessault was not on the ice for the morning skate and is not expected to play because of the flu. Evgenii Dadonov will move to the second line with Marchessault out and Michael Amadio will draw into the lineup.
Nick Cousins is week-to-week with a lower-body injury, so Smith comes up from the AHL and should play in the bottom-6 on Tuesday. Smith has spent most of the season in the AHL, posting 10 goals and 12 assists (22 points) in 33 games with Milwaukee.
