Quick is expected to start Thursday vs. the Blue Jackets.

Quick allowed two goals on 39 shots in the Kings win over the Golden Knights on Monday. He was given Tuesday night off, but will start tonight vs. the Blue Jackets. He allowed four goals in a winning effort in his first start vs. Columbus and catches a break with Joonas Korpisalo starting instead of Sergei Bobrovsky.

Domingue will likely start Thursday in Dallas.

Domingue allowed three goals on 36 shots in the Lightning’s win in Ottawa last Thursday. The Lightning come in on the tail-end of a back-to-back. With Andrei Vasilevskiy losing last night vs. the Sabres, look for Domingue to go tonight in Dallas. Since joining the Lightning, the 25-year-old has gone 3-2-0 with a 3.20 GAA and .907 SV% in five starts and one relief appearance.

Miller will make his Lightning debut on Wednesday.

Miller was acquired from the Rangers in a blockbuster trade on Monday and will make his Tampa Bay debut tonight vs. Buffalo. Miller, who has 40 points (13G / 27A) in 63 games this season, will start on a line with Tyler Johnson and Chris Kunitz.

Quick led the Kings onto the ice for warmups.

Quick allowed three goals on 24 shots in the Kings loss to the Oilers on Saturday. He has lost two in a row but is expected to remain in the crease tonight vs. the Golden Knights. The 32-year-old will be in tough with the Golden Knights in town—where Quick is 9-10-2 with a 2.33 GAA and .922 SV% this season.

The Lightning have acquired J.T. Miller and Ryan McDonagh from the Rangers for Vladislav Namestnikov, Libor Hajek, Brett Howden, 2018 1st Round Pick and a conditional 2nd Round Pick.

Miller basically replaces Vladislav Namestnikov in the Lightning lineup, but may not see the first line ice-time that Namestnikov was playing. Miller brings a solid amount of offence to the table as well, having picked up 13 goals and 27 assists (40 points) in 63 games with the Rangers. He should play a very similar, middle-6 role with some PP time as he did in New York.

The Rangers have acquired Ryan Lindgren, Matt Beleskey, Ryan Spooner, a 2018 1st round pick and a 2019 7th round pick from the Bruins for Rick Nash.

Lindgren was a second round pick of the Bruins (No.49 overall) in 2016 and has picked up seven points (2G / 5A) in 33 games in his second-year at the University of Minnesota.

Domingue will start Thursday against the Senators.

Domingue’s last start was a 5-3 loss to the Sabres on February 13th in which he gave up four goals on 32 shots. Domingue has failed to adequately replace Andrei Vasilevskiy when called upon, with a 2-8 record and .877 SV% on the season. Nevertheless he draws a great matchup tonight against the Senators.

Quick will start Saturday afternoon in Buffalo.

Quick turned in a strong performance in the Kings’ 3-1 loss to the Penguins on Thursday, making 35 saves on 37 shots. It was the third loss in as many starts for Quick. Despite the recent strong play of Darcy Kuemper, it’s Quick who gets the cushy matchup this afternoon against the Sabres.

Quick will start in Pittsburgh on Thursday.

Quick got lit up for four goals on just 20 shots in the Kings 7-3 loss to the Hurricanes on Tuesday. Quick has won just two of his last nine starts and has lost some playing time to backup Darcy Kuemper. It’s unlikely to get any better for Quick against the Penguins tonight, who lead the league in goals scored since the turn of the calendar year.
