Grubauer was the projected starter for Tuesday's game after Joey Daccord got the nod in Los Angeles on Monday. Victor Ostman will back up Daccord in place of Grubauer.

Ostman is an undrafted Swedish goalie that has yet to play an NHL game. The 24-year-old netminder has a 2.00 GAA and .927 SV% in four games with the Coachella Valley Firebirds (AHL) this season (2-1-1).

Winterton played nine games with Seattle this season, scoring one point (0G / 1A), the first of his career, but has spent most of the 2024-25 season in the AHL. The 21-year-old forward has 37 points (18G / 19A) in 55 games with the Coachella Valley Firebirds (AHL) this season.

Evans was a surprise scratch on Monday, with the Kraken not announcing his absence prior to warmups. Cale Fleury will draw into the lineup in his place.

Kartye will slot in for Jani Nyman, who was reassigned to Coachella Valley (AHL) on Monday. Kartye will skate with John Hayden and Michael Eyssimont on the Kraken's fourth line.

Fleury will slot in for Ryker Evans, who is out with an illness. He'll skate with Josh Mahura on the Kraken's third pair.
