Schwartz has not played since October 20th, but he finally returned to practice on Wednesday, which is an excellent sign that he could be back after the All Star break. Schwartz’s return would be huge for a banged up Blues team. His owned percentage has dropped to 49%, so he may be available in your league.
McCann will centre the Canucks top line between Daniel Sedin and Jannik Hansen on Tuesday. The 19-year-old has 12 points (7G / 5A) in 41 games this season and makes for a decent DraftKings value option given his recent promotion.
Grubauer gave up three goals on 36 shots in the Capitals loss in Carolina on December 31st. Braden Holtby started the last four games, but Grubauer will start on the tail end of the back-to-back. Grubauer is 4-3-1 with a 2.40 GAA and .914 SV% on the season.
Gibson only entered one game during his call-up, stopping 16 of 17 shots in the Islanders loss in Pittsburgh last night. Gibson heads back to Bridgeport where he is 11-5-3 with a 1.99 GAA and .928 SV% this season.
Grubauer stopped 31 of 32 shots in the Capitals win in Carolina on December 21st. With Braden Holtby being virtually unbeatable, Grubauer has not seen a lot of action this season, but he has been solid when called upon (2.30 GAA / .914 SV%). He will get another crack at the Hurricanes tonight, making him a strong option.
Grubauer was rewarded with the win after coming in and stopping all seven shots in Thursday’s victory over the Lightning. Grubauer has gone 3-2-1 with a 2.53 GAA and .901 SV% this season, but could make for a strong start behind the powerful Capitals offence. The Hurricanes come in having won three of five.

It will be the battle of the backups with Al Montoya going for the Panthers. Grubauer has won both of his road starts this season while allowing five goals on 50 shots (.900 SV%).
Olofsson didn’t record a point in his NHL debut, but has three assists in 21 games with Iowa this season. He swapped places with Christian Folin and is expected to play on Saturday.

Grubauer is a solid-spot start option with the right matchup, but that is not what he has tonight with the Stars in town.
Olofsson, 20, was a second round pick (46th overall) in 2013. The 6-foot-3, 190 lbs. blueliner bad three assists in 17 games with Iowa before being recalled.

With Braden Holtby starting last night, the Capitals will turn to Grubauer tonight vs. the Flames. Calgary has gone 3-3-0 while averaging 3.17 goals per game over that span.
Stephenson has been a healthy scratch in three of the last four games and has been reassigned after failing to record a point in nine games with the Capitals this season.
Eberle who has been practicing, is expected to get in two more practices before he makes his season debut on Friday vs. the Penguins. This is the best timing possible with the Oilers losing Connor McDavid for a couple of months. Eberle had 24 goals and 39 assists (63 points) in 81 games las season.
