Bobrovsky was the first goalie off the ice at Florida's morning skate.

The Panthers have won three straight and will likely roll with Bobrovsky between the pipes on Monday against the Tampa Bay Lightning. Bobrovsky was excellent in his most recent outing, saving all 23 shots he faced for his third shutout of the season in a 3-0 win over the Calgary Flames. The 36-year-old netminder has been excellent lately, posting a 1.69 GAA and .935 SV% in his last nine outings (7-2-0). The Panthers enter the action on Tuesday as -135 home favorites against Lightning squad riding an eight-game winning streak.

Thompson will start vs. Ottawa on Monday.

The Capitals, amid a rare three-game losing skid, will turn to Thompson between the pipes on Monday against the Ottawa Senators. Thompson was serviceable in his most recent outing but did not receive ample goal support, allowing two goals on 18 shots (.889 SV%) in a 3-1 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning. The 28-year-old Thompson has a solid 2.27 GAA and .919 SV% in 34 games this season (25-4-5). The Capitals enter the action on Monday as -143 home favorites against a Senators team that has lost five of their last six (1-5-0).

Jones is expected to make his Panthers' debut on Monday vs. Tampa Bay.

Jones was acquired in a trade from the Blackhawks on Saturday along with a 2026 fourth-round pick in exchange for Spencer Knight and a conditional 2026 first-round pick from the Chicago Blackhawks. The 30-year-old Jones scored 27 points (7G / 20A) and recorded a -18 plus/minus rating in 42 games with the Blackhawks this season. He was practicing with Florida's second powerplay unit and is expected to draw into the lineup on Monday against the Tampa Bay Lightning.

The Capitals have signed Charlie Lindgren to a three-year contract extension worth $9.0 million ($3.0M AAV).

Lindgren is in his third season with the Capitals and has gone 13-10-3 with a. 2.70 GAA and .896 SV% in 27 games. He's taken a step-back from his 2023-24 form, but has formed a great goaltending tandem with Logan Thompson, who the Capitals extended for six years in January.
