With Joel Farabee sidelined with an illness, the Flyers are looking to Frost to inject some offence into their middle-6. Frost, who had seven points in 18 games with the Flyers earlier in the year, has tallied eight goals with 12 assists (20 points) in 30 AHL games this season.
Suomela was a healthy scratch for the last two games so he'll go back to the AHL where he'll be getting playing time. The 25-year-old has seven points (4G / 3A) in 11 AHL contests this season.
Mark Borowiecki and his wife are expecting a baby soon so he is unlikely to travel to Winnipeg for Saturday's game, hence the recalling of Englund. The 6-foot-4, 205 lbs. defenseman has two assists in 12 games with the Senators this season.
With Eric Robinson out with an undisclosed injury, Stenlund returns to the Blue Jackets and will likely be in the lineup on Friday. Stenlund has scored four goals with two assists (six points) in 17 games with the Blue Jackets this season.
Davidson, who has 20 points (3G / 17A) in 34 AHL games this season. With Mark Giordano out for at least one week, Davidson will serve as the Flames' No.7 defenseman.

Following the trade of Jack Campbell to the Maple Leafs, Petersen was recalled to be the Kings' new No.2 netminder. The 25-year-old is a former fifth-round pick (2013) who has gone 17-15-4 with a 3.43 GAA and .906 SV% in 37 AHL games this season. In a brief run with the Kings last year, Petersen was 5-4-1 with a 2.61 GAA and .924 SV%.
Aho has been recalled numerous occasions this season but has yet to play in an NHL game this year. He has 23 points (2G / 21A) in 39 AHL games and had one goal and three assists in 22 games with the Islanders last season.
There has been a flu bug going around the Canadiens dressing room so Ouellet could step into the lineup on Thursday. The 26-year-old defenseman has not played in the NHL this season but has 160 career games under his belt. He has scored nine goals with 15 assists (24 points) in 39 AHL games this season.
Rosen likely won't play during his promotion but he takes Mark Barberio's spot on the roster with Barberio going on a conditioning stint.
Barberio has been a healthy scratch for the last 17 games so he'll go to the Eagles to get some playing time. Calle Rosen was recalled to take his spot on the roster.
Chibisov, 26, is in his first season in North America and has seven goals with 17 assists (24 points) in 46 AHL games this season. He rotated on the Jets fourth line in his first practice with them so it doesn't look like he'll make his NHL debut on Thursday.
