Dostal will start against the Devils on Tuesday.

It appears John Gibson may still not be fully recovered from his illness, as the Ducks will turn to Dostal for a third consecutive game. Dostal secured the victory his last time out, allowing three goals on 23 shots in a 5-3 win over the Oilers on Sunday. The 24-year-old netminder brings a 9-10-3 record and a .913 SV% into Tuesday's clash with the Devils. He'll need to be at his best again tonight with the Ducks entering action at +230 on the money line.

Clang has been reassigned to San Diego (AHL).

Clang was recalled several days ago to serve as Lukas Dostal's backup due to John Gibson (illness) being out of the lineup. The 22-year-old Clang did not make it into the Ducks' crease and will return to the San Diego Gulls (AHL), where he has a 3.10 GAA and .896 SV% in 19 games (7-10-1).

Carlsson (undisclosed) is expected to play in Vegas on Monday.

Carlsson was limited to only 11:41 time-on-ice before exiting Sunday's 5-4 win over Utah HC with an undisclosed injury. The second-year forward has 12 points (7G / 5A) in 26 games this season and has only one point (1G / 0A) in his last seven.

Gibson will start in Vegas on Monday.

On the tail end of a back-to-back, a night after an impressive 5-4 come-from-behind victory over the Utah Hockey Club, Gibson will be in the crease for the Ducks. The 31-year-old Gibson has a serviceable 3.01 GAA and .903 SV% in 11 games this season (5-5-1) but has battled adversity lately, allowing three or more goals in five straight (1-4-0), posting a subpar .889 SV%. The Ducks enter Monday's contest as +280 road underdogs against a Vegas Golden Knights club that defeated them 4-1 on December 4th.

Gibson will start vs. Colorado on Friday.

The Ducks are riding a two-game winning streak and will turn to Gibson between the pipes on Friday against the Colorado Avalanche. Gibson was solid in his most recent outing, saving 39 of 42 shots (.929 SV%) in a 4-3 overtime win against the Columbus Blue Jackets. The 31-year-old netminder has a 3.00 GAA and .906 SV% in 10 games this season (5-4-1). The Ducks enter Friday's contest as +201 home underdogs against an Avalanche club that played last night and defeated the San Jose Sharks 4-2.
