Quick was the first goalie off the ice at New York's morning skate.

The Rangers have lost two straight (0-2-0), outscored 9-1, effectively playing themselves out of contention for a Wild Card spot in the Eastern Conference. Still, they will remain hopeful on Wednesday, turning to Quick between the pipes against the Philadelphia Flyers. Quick was solid in his most recent outing, saving 21 of 22 shots (.955 SV%) in a 6-1 win over the San Jose Sharks on March 29th. The 39-year-old goalie has a 3.03 GAA and .898 SV% in 22 appearances this season (10-6-2). The Rangers enter Wednesday's contest as -175 home favorites against a Flyers team that is 3-1-0 since their coaching change.

Schmid will start in Colorado on Tuesday.

Schmid made his first start of the season on the weekend, saving 21 of 23 shots (.913 SV%) in a 3-2 overtime win over the Calgary Flames. The 24-year-old Schmid will return to the crease on Tuesday against the Colorado Avalanche. He has spent most of the 2024-25 season in the AHL, posting a 3.58 GAA and .886 SV% in 30 games (9-18-3) with the Henderson Silver Knights. The Golden Knights enter Tuesday's contest as +116 road underdogs against an Avalanche team coming off a 5-4 loss to the St. Louis Blues.

Akira Schmid
Daccord will start in Utah on Tuesday.

With Philipp Grubauer unavailable due to an illness, the Kraken will turn to Daccord between the pipes for the second time in as many nights. Daccord was excellent in last night's 2-1 victory in Los Angeles, allowing just a single goal on 29 shots. The 28-year-old netminder has made 53 starts this season, posting a 27-20-5 record to go along with a .911 SV%. The Kraken enter action on Tuesday at +200 on the money line.
