Hyman (wrist) is a possibility to make his season debut in Columbus on Thursday.

Hyman missed the second half of last year's playoffs after enduring an upper-body injury and has yet to play in the 2025-26 season. At the beginning of training camp, Head Coach Kris Knoblach stated he is hopeful the 32-year-old can return in early November, a timeline that seems to be holding true, as Head Coach Knoblach stated he may return to the lineup as early as Thursday. Hyman is just one season removed from a 54-goal campaign in 2023-24 and will hope to get off to a hot start when he is able to return.

Fleury left Tuesday's game vs. Vancouver with an upper-body injury.

Fleury has been a regular for the Jets this season, but exiting Tuesday's 5-3 win over the Vancouver Canucks after only 6:38 time-on-ice due to an upper-body injury. The 29-year-old Fleuery has played 15 games this season. He has not played more than 47 games since his rookie season in 2017-18.

Chabot (upper-body) is being reevaluated and will not play vs. Boston on Thursday.

Chabot suffered an upper-body injury in the first period of Tuesday's game and was unable to return. He will not play on Thursday against the Boston Bruins, and is being reevaluated. The 28-year-old defenseman has 10 points (2G / 8A) in 17 games this season.

Thomas Chabot
Foerster (lower-body) will be a game-time decision vs. Edmonton on Wednesday.

Foerster was drafted 23rd overall by the Flyers in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft and has shown strides towards becoming a reliable offensive producer at the NHL level. After scoring a career-high 43 points (25G / 18A) in 81 games last season, he was off to a strong start in 2025-26, with seven points (4G / 3A) in 11 games. He returned to practice on Tuesday and could return to his regular deployment in the Flyers' top-six on Wednesday against the Edmonton Oilers.

Hamilton (undisclosed) will not travel on New Jersey's upcoming road trip.

Hamilton left last Thursday's game vs. Montreal with an undisclosed injury, and has been sidelined since. He is expected to miss at least the next three games while the team is on a road trip. With Hamilton out, Simon Nemec has seen an expanded role, including deployment on the team's top powerplay unit.

Dougie Hamilton
Andersen (undisclosed) exited Tuesday's game in the third period and did not return.

Andersen seemed like he did not want to exit the game after a collision, indicating that he may have been pulled for precautionary reasons by a concussion spotter. That said, head coach Rod Brind'Amour has yet to provide an update on Andersen's status. With the Hurricanes already carrying three goalies between Andersen, Pyotr Kochetkov, and Brandon Bussi, the team likely won't rush Andersen back into the lineup if he is not 100%.

Frederik Andersen
Demko (groin) is expected to miss the next 2-3 weeks.

Demko has battled a myriad of injuries over the previous several seasons and will be sidelined once again. The positive news is this injury is not related to the injury that kept him out of games this past weekend, nor the injury that sidelined him for half of the 2024-25 season. Expect Kevin Lankinen to see a heavy workload between the pipes during Demko's absence.

Thatcher Demko
Nichushkin (lower-body) left Tuesday’s game vs. Anaheim and did not return.

Nichushkin exited Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Anaheim Ducks due to a lower-body injury after only 12:57 time-on-ice. The 30-year-old Nichushkin has 12 points (5G / 7A) in 17 games this season, and has been more productive lately, with nine points (3G / 6A) in his last 10 games. Colorado's head coach Jared Bednar was not able to provide a concrete update on Nichushkin's timeline.

Valeri Nichushkin
Barron (undisclosed) has had his injury status changed to day-to-day.

Barron has not played since November 1st due to an undisclosed injury, originally given a week-to-week timeline, now updated to day-to-day. Barron has played well offensively in a bottom-six role for the Jets this season, scoring six points (3G / 3A) in 12 games while averaging 12:33 time-on-ice.

Morgan Barron
Durzi (upper-body) is still not practicing and will not return this week.

Durzi has not played since the second game of the season, recovering from an upper-body injury, and appears to still be a ways away from returning to the lineup. The 27-year-old Durzi was solid in limited action with Utah last season, scoring 11 points (4G / 7A) in 30 games.

Sean Durzi
Samberg (wrist) practiced in a regular jersey on Tuesday and is getting close to returning.

Samberg has yet to play this season, recovering from a wrist injury during training camp, but appears to be nearing his season debut after practicing on Tuesday. The 26-year-old is entering his fifth NHL season in Winnipeg after posting career highs in nearly all statistical categories in 2024-25, including goals (6), points (20), SOG (95) and average TOI (21:08).
