The 27-year-old Eriksson Ek was off to a slow start to the 2024-25 season, scoring only 13 points (5G / 8A) in 22 games, but had four points (0G / 4A) in his last four contests.

He will miss a second straight game on Wednesday but is not expected to be out of the lineup for long.
