Geertsen has cleared waivers and been assigned to Rochester (AHL).

Geertsen went without a point in five games with the Sabres this season, zero points in 30 career games, and will report to the Rochester Americans (AHL) after clearing waivers. The 30-year-old forward was a fourth-round pick of the Colorado Avalanche in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft.

Texier cleared waivers and has been assigned to Springfield (AHL).

Texier has not played since November 6th, was placed on the designated non-roster list, and ultimately placed on waivers on Thursday. The 26-year-old Texier has one assist while averaging 10:15 time-on-ice through eight games this season. He will report to the Springfield Thunderbirds (AHL).

Edwards has been assigned to Utica (AHL).

Edwards was drafted in the fourth round of the 2020 NHL Entry by the Devils and went on to play collegiate hockey for four years with the University of Michigan. The 23-year-old made his professional debut last season with the Utica Comets (AHL) and is awaiting his NHL debut. He has five points (1G / 4A) in 13 games with Utica this season.

Polin has been recalled from the Colorado Eagles (AHL).

Polin has nine NHL games to his name and will be hopefully to make his Avalanche debut this season after being recalled from the AHL. The 26-year-old right winger spent the majority of last season with the Colorado Eagles (AHL) where he had 11 goals and 19 points in 39 games played.

Milic has been recalled from Manitoba (AHL).

With Connor Hellebuyck out for 4-6 weeks after undergoing a minor Arthroscopic knee procedure, the Jets have recalled Milic from the Manitoba Moose (AHL). The 22-year-old Milic has yet to play an NHL game and has a 2.14 GAA and .921 SV% in nine games (5-2-2) with Manitoba this season. Milic likely won't see much playing time at the NHL level, as he is expected to back up Eric Comrie during Hellebuyck's absence.

Copley has been recalled from Ontario (AHL).

Darcy Kuemper is not travelling with the Kings' for their Thursday night game in San Jose to receive some extra rest. The Kings have recalled Copley to serve as the backup to Anton Forsberg. The 33-year-old Copley spent the majority of the 2024-25 season in the AHL, tallying a 2.49 GAA and .904 SV% in 42 games with the Ontario Reign (24-17-1).
