Hamilton was without an update on his lower-body injury after leaving Tuesday's game vs. Dallas early.

Hamilton was limited to only 5:15 time-on-ice in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Dallas Stars, exiting the contest in the first period due to a lower-body injury. With Jack Hughes already sidelined due to an injury, the Devils can ill afford to lose the services of their top defenseman. Hamilton has 40 points (9G / 31A) in 63 games, including 15 points on the powerplay. After Hamilton left the game on Tuesday, Luke Hughes occupied his spot on New Jersey's top powerplay unit.

Necas had his ice time limited in Tuesday's win due to an illness.

Necas was battling nausea in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Pittsburgh Penguins, playing only 15:23 time-on-ice. His status is unclear for Colorado's next contest on Thursday against the San Jose Sharks. The 26-year-old Necas has been terrific since joining the Avalanche, scoring 13 points (4G / 9A) in 13 games.

Columbus has signed Mathieu Olivier to a six-year, $18 million contract extension ($3 mill AAV).

Olivier has impressed in his third season with the Blue Jackets, averaging a career-high 14:26 time-on-ice and scoring a career-high 21 points (12G / 9A) through only 61 games this season. He has become a staple on the team's third line, collecting 232 hits, the second most in the NHL.

Gourde (lower-body) is expected to play against the Wild on Tuesday.

Gourde has not played since January 2nd but will return to the Kraken lineup on Tuesday. The 33-year-old forward is averaging 15:34 time-on-ice and has 16 points (6G / 10A) in 35 games. His name has floated around trade rumors recently and appears now to be fully healthy in time for the March 7th deadline.

Daccord will start against the Wild on Tuesday.

Seattle will turn to Daccord between the pipes on Tuesday against the Minnesota Wild. Daccord was solid in his most recent outing, saving 28 of 31 shots (.903 SV%) in a 6-3 win over the Vancouver Canucks. The 28-year-old Daccord has a 2.56 GAA and .913 SV% in 41 games this season (21-15-3). Seattle enters the action on Tuesday as -119 home favorites against a Minnesota squad that has scored two or fewer goals in four straight (1-3-0).

After getting a night off on Saturday, Dostal will be tasked with handling Connor McDavid and the Oilers on Tuesday. Dostal excelled in his last start, allowing just two goals on 24 shots in a 5-2 victory over the Canucks on Thursday. The 24-year-old netminder owns a 17-14-5 record and an impressive .910 SV% on the season. He'll need to be at his best again on Tuesday as the Ducks enter action at +275 on the money line.

Hellebuyck will start on Long Island on Tuesday.

After an 11-game winning streak, the Jets have dropped two straight and will hope to return to the win column on Tuesday, turning to Hellebuyck between the pipes against the New York Islanders. Hellebuyck was solid in his most recent outing despite being on the wrong end of a 2-1 shootout loss to the Philadelphia Flyers, saving 31 of 32 shots (.969 SV%). He has a superb 1.99 GAA and .927 SV% in 46 games this season (36-7-3). The Jets enter Tuesday's contest as -184 road favorites against an Islanders club that was shut out 4-0 by the New York Rangers last night.

Wolf will start in Philadelphia on Tuesday.

The Flames have been outscored 8-1 in their previous three games (0-2-1) and will turn to Wolf between the pipes on Tuesday against the Philadelphia Flyers. Wolf was terrific in his most recent outing, saving 31 of 33 shots (.939 SV%) in a 2-1 overtime loss to the Carolina Hurricanes. The 23-year-old Wolf has impressed in his rookie season, posting a solid 2.58 GAA and .913 SV% in 36 games (20-12-4). The Flames enter Tuesday's contest as +129 road underdogs against a Flyers squad with points in five straight (4-0-1).

The Hurricanes have not won consecutive games since January 30th but will attempt to correct that negative trend on Tuesday when they turn to Andersen between the pipes against the Detroit Red Wings.
