Merela was an undrafted free agent out of Finland, who has spent the last four seasons in Finland's top-tier. In 2023, he had 33 points (15G / 18A) in 41 games with Tappara Tampere (Liiga).
Koch was an undrafted free agent, who has spent the lat eight years in the top tiers of Slovakia and Czech Republic. Most recently he's been with Vitkovice HC of the Czech Extraliga, where he had 12 points (3G / 9A) in 46 games in 2023.
Lindbom was a seventh round pick in 2021 and signs his entry-level deal after going 25-11-0 with a 1.86 GAA and .929 SV% in 36 games with Djurgardens IF of Sweden's second division. He started for Sweden at the 2023 World Juniors, where he posted a 2.64 GAA and .914 SV%.
Robidas is the son of 15-year NHL veteran Stéphane Robidas. The Hurricanes selected him in the fifth round of the 2021 NHL draft, and he won the 2023 Memorial Cup with the Quebec Remparts. He was picked up via trade from Val d'Or Foreurs and led Quebec in points during the playoffs, with 27 points (11G / 16A) in 18 games.
Clurman had three goals with 12 assists (15 points) in 57 games with the Colorado Eagles (AHL) during the 2023 season. The 2016 sixth-round pick has spent time in the ECHL and AHL over the last two seasons.
Kemp has spent the last two seasons in the AHL, picking up 21 points (6G / 15A) in 71 games with Bakersfield during the 2023 season. The 2017 seventh-round pick has yet to appear in an NHL game.
Johnson was selected in the first round (No.31 overall) of the 2019 NHL draft, and signs his ELC after his senior season at the University of Minnesota. The 21-year-old defenseman had 18 points (4G / 14A) in 40 games this season, and figures to start the 2023-24 season with Rochester (AHL).
Matinpalo was an undrafted free agent from Finland, who had 16 points (7G / 9A) in 51 games for Assat Pori (Liiga) in 2023. Following his signing with the Senators, Matinpalo is a part of the 2024 plans but will likely have to work his way up from Belleville (AHL).
MacLean turned pro in 2021 and has spent the last three seasons in Bridgeport (AHL). In 2023, the 24-year-old scored 11 goals with 16 assists (27 points) in 67 games.
