Lundell (upper-body) will not play against the Maple Leafs on Wednesday.

Lundell is battling an upper-body injury, and he will miss Wednesday's game against the Toronto Maple Leafs as a result. The 23-year-old Lundell has 16 points (7G / 9A) in 22 games this season, pacing for a career-high, but has been held off the scoresheet in seven of his last eight.

Gregor (undisclosed) will be a game-time decision vs. San Jose on Wednesday.

Gregor has not played since November 14th but could draw back into the lineup on Wednesday against the San Jose Sharks. The 26-year-old Gregor is averaging 13:07 time-on-ice, has three points (2G / 1A), and 34 hits in 16 games this season.

Granlund (upper-body) will miss a second straight game on Wednesday and is considered day-to-day.

Granlund was a late scratch on Monday, with his absence not being announced prior to warmups, and he will miss a second straight game. Macklin Celebrini centered the Sharks first line in his place. The 32-year-old Granlund has been excellent since joining the Sharks last season, scoring 84 points (21G / 63A) in 92 combined games.

Hintz (undisclosed) tweaked something and will miss Wednesday's game in Chicago.

Hintz has finally started to produce with some consistency this season but will not play on Wednesday due to an undisclosed injury. The 28-year-old Hintz, nearly a point-per-game player over the past three seasons, only has 13 points (8G / 5A) in 20 games this season, but has three in his last three (2G / 1A). Colin Blackhwell will draw into the Stars' lineup in the interim.

Matthews will miss a ninth straight game due to an upper-body injury but appears to be nearing a return after being a full participant at practice on Tuesday. His next chance to return to the lineup will be on Saturday against the Tampa Bay Lightning. Before his injury, Matthews was off to a slower-than-usual start to the 2024-25 campaign but had six points (2G / 4A) in his last five games.

Chytil (undisclosed) is out on Wednesday in Carolina and considered day-to-day.

Chytil exited last Thursday's game after playing 9:37 time-on-ice due to an upper-body injury and has not played since. The 25-year-old Chytil has battled injuries the past two seasons but was having a strong 2024-25 campaign with nine points (4G / 5A) in 15 games.

Kreider (upper-body) will remain out on Wednesday in Carolina and is still considered day-to-day.

Kreider did not play on Monday and will miss a second game on Wednesday but is not expected to be out of the lineup for long. The 33-year-old Kreider hasn't been his usual productive self, with only nine points (9G / 0A) in 19 games this season, highlighted by a stretch of only one point (1G / 0A) in his previous six games.

Thompson (lower-body) will return vs. Minnesota on Wednesday.

Thompson has missed the last five games but will return to the lineup on Wednesday against the Minnesota Wild. Before his injury, Thompson was off to a terrific start to the 2024-25 campaign, with 18 points (11G / 7A) in 15 games.

The extent of Lyon's injury is unknown, but he will not be able to suit on Wednesday, resulting in the Red Wings recalling Ville Husso from the Grand Rapids Griffins (AHL) to serve as Cam Talbot's backup. The 31-year-old Lyon has been solid between the pipes for the Red Wings this season, posting a 2.74 GAA and .911 SV% in nine appearances (4-4-0).
