





Zack Ostapchuk, who was acquired in the Fabian Zetterlund trade, will make his Sharks debut on Saturday, so Koavelnko will sit vs. the Capitals. Kovalenko has just two goals and seven assists (nine points) in 21 games since joining the Sharks.

Hamonic has been a healthy scratch for the last three games, but he'll replace Nick Jensen (undisclosed) in the lineup on Saturday. Hamonic has three assists and a minus-14 rating though 51 games this season.

Soucy has played in four straight games with the Rangers, but it looks like he'll be scratched if Fox returns to the lineup on Saturday. Head coach Peter Laviolette said that Fox is "tending" towards playing, so expect Soucy to sit.

Kozak will skate in his first NHL games since January 31st, replacing Josh Norris, who is sidelined with an undisclosed injury. Kozak has one assist and six shots on goal in 11 NHL games this season.

The Sabres said that Norris would be re-evaluated on Friday but he will not play Saturday vs. Vegas. Expect the Sabres to release a detailed injury update in the near future. Tyson Kozak will replace him in the lineup on Saturday.

Kampf, who has just one assist in his last eight games, will come out of the lineup on Saturday. Nicholas Robertson will draw back into the lineup to replace him in the bottom-6.

Robertson has been a healthy scratch for the last two games but will replace David Kampf in the lineup on Saturday. Robertson, who will skate on the fourth line with Pontus Holmberg and Steven Lorentz, has 11 goals and six assists (17 points) in 55 games this season.

Fischer played 9:39 TOI and was a minus-1 in his Blue Jackets debut on Thursday. He'll come back out of the lineup with Yegor Chinakhov replacing him vs. the Rangers.

Chinakhov was a healthy scratch on Thursday but he will re-enter the lineup for Christian Fischer on Saturday. Chinakhov has failed to record a point in four games since returning from injury on March 4th.

Johnson has been out of the lineup for the last nine games, but he will replace Jake Christansen in the lineup on Saturday. Johnson has just five assists in 34 games this season.

The Sharks acquired Zack Ostapchuk, Noah Gregor, and a 2025 2nd Round Pick from the Senators for Fabian Zetterlund, Tristen Robins, and a 4th Round Pick last week before the trade deadline. Ostapchuk was a second-round pick, 39th overall, of the Senators in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft. The 21-year-old played a career-high 43 games with Ottawa this season, scoring four points (1G / 3A) in 43 games.

Erik Johnson will draw back into Colorado's lineup on Friday against the Calgary Flames, sending Malinski to the sidelines as a healthy scratch. The 26-year-old Malinski is averaging 15:30 time-on-ice and has nine points (2G / 7A) in 61 games this season.

Sam Malinski will be a healthy scratch on Friday against the Calgary Flames, allowing Johnson to re-enter the lineup. The 36-year-old Johnson made his season debut with the Avalanche earlier this week, playing 12:01 time-on-ice and recording three hits.

Haula is coming off a serviceable outing for the Devils, recording one assist in 12:42 time-on-ice in their 3-2 win over the Edmonton Oilers, but will be a healthy scratch on Saturday against the Pittsburgh Penguins. The 33-year-old Haula has 14 points (6G / 8A) in 55 games this season.

Klapka has only played one game for the Flames in the last month but will re-enter the lineup on Friday against the Colorado Avalanche, filling in for an injured Mikael Backlund (upper body). The 24-year-old Klapka is averaging 8:10 time-on-ice and has one point (1G / 0A) in 13 games this season.
