Matthew Phillips has been recalled from the Calgary Wranglers (AHL).

Phillips has earned his second career call-up after absolutely tearing up the AHL with the Wranglers (AHL) as he is currently first in goals (15), 12th in assists (15) and 1st in the entire league in points (30). Phillips has only ever played one NHL game to date back in 2020-21, where he picked up two shots.

Cal Burke has been recalled from the Colorado Eagles (AHL).

Burke had six goals, 11 points, and a +8 plus/minus prior to his call-up from the Colorado Eagles (AHL) on Wednesday. If the 25-year-old does crack the Avalanche's injury-riddled lineup as expected, he will make his NHL debut.

Ben Meyers has been recalled from the Colorado Eagles (AHL).

Meyers had a goal and two SOG while never eclipsing more than 10:00 TOI in his original three-game stint with the Avalanche to begin this season. Since being reassigned to the Colorado Eagles (AHL), the 24-year-old had a goal and five points with six PIMs but now finds himself back up with the big club.

Sampo Ranta was recalled from the Colorado Eagles (AHL).

Ranta had three goals, three assists and eight PIMs across 14 games with the Colorado Eagles prior to his promotion to the Avalanche Wednesday. Ranta failed to pick up a point in his previous four-game stint with the Avalanche a few weeks back and will hope to pick up his first career point in 14 GP when he does make his way back into the lineup.

C.J. Suess has been recalled from the San Jose Barracuda (AHL).

Suess has three goals, seven assists and 35 PIMs through 22 games with the San Jose Barracuda (AHL) prior to his promotion to the Sharks. The 28-year-old has played in four NHL games before this season but has yet to pick up his first career point.

Aaron Dell has been reassigned to the San Jose Barracuda (AHL).

Dell struggled in his two starts with the Sharks, losing both (0-2-0) while posting a .897 SV% and 3.59 GAA. He will head back to the San Jose Barracuda (AHL) where he did not have much more success as he has a 3-3-0 record, 3.22 GAA and .904 SV%.

The Predators have recalled Jordan Gross from Milwaukee (AHL).

Gross had two goals in three games with the Predators earlier in the season and has 11 points (2G / 9A) in 13 AHL games this season. He should get some playing time again this time around with Ryan McDonagh landing on IR with an upper-body injury.
