The Flyers moved Owen Tippett (upper-body) to IR to open up a roster spot for Lycksell. The 2017 sixth-round pick had 34 points (14G / 20A) in 47 games with Vaxjo HC (SHL) last season.

The Oilers sent Devin Shore to Bakersfield (AHL).
Shore played 7:04 TOI in the Oilers' season opener, but Kailer Yamamoto and Warren Foegele were back on the ice for practice on Friday, suggesting they'll be back in the lineup on Saturday. So, Shore heads back to the AHL with Philip Broberg taking his spot on the NHL roster.

The Canadiens have recalled Corey Schueneman from Laval (AHL).
Schueneman split his 2022 season between the AHL and NHL, registering six points (2G / 4A) in 24 games with Montreal. Schueneman takes Mike Matheson's spot on the roster after Matheson was placed on IR.

Elvis Merzlikins is sick and will not be available for the Blue Jackets' season opener, so Greaves will serve as Danill Tarasov's backup in Carolina. Greaves was 12-12-2 with a 2.84 GAA and .905 SV% in the AHL last season.
The Blue Jackets sent Emil Bemstrom to Cleveland (AHL).
Bemstrom cleared waivers on Monday and was sent to the AHL to start the season. Bemstrom struggled to find his footing in the 2021-22 season, tallying just 11 points (6G / 5A) in 41 NHL games.
The Red Wings have assigned Simon Edvinsson to Grand Rapids (AHL).
Edvinsson was the No.6 overall pick in 2021 and enjoyed a solid preseason, recording one assist with 10 shots on goal in five games. Edvinsson will start the season in the AHL but will likely be the first defenseman to be called up when the Red Wings need a blueliner.
The Stars sent Thomas Harley to Texas (AHL).
Harley was set to play more meaningful minutes in 2022-23, but the acquisition of Nils Lundkvist pushed him back to the AHL. Harley had 11 assists in 27 AHL games and four points (1G / 3A) in 34 NHL games a season ago.
The Avalanche assigned Martin Kaut to Colorado (AHL).
Kaut cleared waivers on Sunday and was sent to the AHL, where he had 31 points (19G / 12A) in 46 games a season ago. He appeared on track for a bottom-6 role with the Avalanche but will start the year with the Eagles.
The Flames have sent Radim Zohorna to Calgary (AHL).
Zohorna was acquired via waivers from the Penguins but was waived again on Saturday. He cleared this time, making him eligible to be sent to the AHL. The 26-year-old winger had 21 points (12G / 9A) in 39 AHL games a season ago.
The Predators have assigned Joakim Kemell to JYP (Finland) for the 2022-23 season.
Anderson has been recalled from Toronto (AHL) and will draw into the Maple Leafs lineup on Friday.
Anderson leads the Marlies with 26 goals, adding 16 assists (42 points) in 55 games. The 23-year-old has 13 points (8G / 5A) in 57 career NHL games to date.
The Predators have recalled Connor Ingram from Milwaukee (AHL).
Ingram will serve as the Predators' No.2 behind David Rittich with Juuse Saros out with a lower-body injury for at least the next two games. Ingram has gone 30-17-7 with a 2.70 GAA and .915 SV% in 54 AHL games this season.
Olivier was called up from Milwaukee (AHL) and will draw into the lineup on Tuesday.
Olivier has scored five goals with six assists (11 points) in 46 games with the Admirals this season. He's only appeared in eight NHL games this season, scoring one goal with 12 PIMS.

Koivula played in three straight games while J-G Pageau was in COVID-19 protocol. Koivula had one assist and four shots on goal while averaging 10:44 TOI/gm. He returns to the AHL with Pageau returning to the lineup on Tuesday.
The Golden Knights recalled Jiri Patera from Henderson (AHL).
Patera was a sixth-round pick in 2017 and will serve as Logan Thompson's backup with Robin Lehner out for the final week of the season. Patera has gone 9-11-1 with a 2.89 GAA and .903 SV% in 21 games with Henderson this season.
