Poulter served as the backup to Kaapo Kahkonen on Sunday but has been reassigned to the Utica Comets (AHL). The 22-year-old Poulter has enjoyed success in his second season with Utica, posting a 2.55 GAA and .911 SV% in 28 games (17-8-1).
Doan was the 37th overall pick of the Coyotes in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft and will make his much-anticipated NHL debut on Tuesday against the Columbus Blue Jackets. The 22-year-old Doan has 46 points (26G / 20A) in 62 games with the Tuscon Roadrunners (AHL) this season. He is the son of Coyotes legend, Shane Doan, who played with the Coyotes franchise for his entire 21-year career.
Leonard played the last six games for the Coyotes, scoring one point (1G / 0A), but will return to the AHL, where he has 27 points (11G / 16A) in 54 games with the Tuscon Roadrunners. In a corresponding move, the Coyotes have recalled Josh Doan, who is expected to make his NHL debut on Tuesday.
Crookshank was a fifth-round pick of the Ottawa Senators in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft. The 24-year-old played seven games with Ottawa earlier this season but has spent most of the 2023-24 campaign with Belleville (AHL), tallying 46 points (24G / 22A) in 50 games.
