With the news of TJ Oshie (lower body) out for an indefinite period, Hendrix Lapierre was recalled on Friday from Hershey (AHL) and is expected to join the lineup on Saturday. The 22-year-old centre has enjoyed a solid season in Hersey, with five goals, 17 points and six PIMs in 21 games played but returns to Washington where he also has seven points in 25 games during his previous call up.
In seven games with Montreal, Gignac had one point (1G / 0A), six shots, and seven hits. Most of his 2023-24 campaign has been spent with the Laval Rocket of the AHL, where he has been extremely productive, scoring 42 points (14G / 28A) in 43 games.
Demek was the 128th overall pick of the Golden Knights in the 2021 NHL Entry Entry Draft. The 20-year-old Slovak-born forward is playing his first professional season and has 13 points (5G / 8A) in 44 games with the Henderson Silver Knights of the AHL.
Pouliot played the last three games for the Stars but will return to Texas (AHL), indicating that Jani Hakanpaa or Nils Lundkvist are ready to return from injuries. The 30-year-old Pouliot is no stranger to the NHL with 224 games under his belt but has spent the majority of the 2023-24 campaign with Texas (AHL), tallying 31 points (8G / 23A) in 44 games.
Jankowski scored in Thursday's 4-1 win over the Los Angeles Kings but will be reassigned to the Milwaukee Admirals (AHL), ending his five-game stint with the Predators. The 29-year-old Jankowski has 329 NHL games under his belt but has spent the majority of the 2023-24 campaign with Milwaukee in the AHL, scoring an impressive 47 points (15G / 32A) in 42 games.
Fasching has been out of the lineup since before the All-Star break and has been reassigned to Bridgeport (AHL) for conditioning. The depth right-winger has struggled offensively with the Islanders this season, with three goals, eight points, 30 SOG and a -8 plus/minus in 35 games played.
Bolduc has not played since January 27th and has been reassigned to Bridgeport (AHL) for conditioning. Bolduc has one goal and two assists in 33 games this season.
Othmann was the 16th overall pick of the Rangers in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft. Despite being limited to only three games with the Rangers, he has excelled in his first professional season, scoring 36 points (14G / 22A) in 44 games with the Hartford Wolf Pack of the AHL.
Lycksell was limited to only 4:36 time-on-ice in his last outing on February 12th, his only action in the last seven games, and has been loaned to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms of the AHL. The 24-year-old Lycksell has played five games for the Flyers this season, tallying one assist and nine shots on goal.
Mitchell hasn't made an appearance for the Bruins since December 23rd. He has no goals and two assists in 13 games this season.
Denisenko has been held without a point in four games with the Golden Knights this season but his strong play in the AHL earned him a call-up earlier this week. In 45 games with the Silver Knights (AHL), Denisenko has 40 points (14G / 26A).
Froese has played nine games with the Golden Knights this season and has been held off the scoresheet in each. The 32-year-old has spent most of his career in the AHL, where he has 15 points (8G / 7A) in 37 games with Henderson this season.
Mark Stone suffered an upper-body injury on Tuesday and will be out of the lineup indefinitely, leading to Rempal's call-up on Thursday. Rempal has two goals in five games with the Golden Knights this season.
With Scott Perunovich set to return to the lineup on Thursday, Rosen has been reassigned to the AHL. Rosen has spent most of the 2023-24 campaign in the AHL, picking up 25 points (2G / 23A) in 44 games with Springfield.
