Minten was the second-round pick, 38th overall, of the Maple Leafs in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft. The 20-year-old made his NHL debut last season, going scoreless in four games with the Maple Leafs. He has four points (2G / 2A) in five games with the Marlies (AHL) this season.

DeSimone has been recalled from Utica (AHL).

DeSimone played 11 games with the Devils last season, scoring two points (1G / 1A), but has primarily been an AHL players, playing only 38 career NHL games since his professional debut in the 2016-17 season. In nine games with the Utica Comets (AHL) this season, the 29-year-old DeSimone has two points (0G / 2A) and a -10 plus/minus.

Askarov has been recalled from the San Jose Barracuda (AHL).

Askarov was the 11th overall pick of the Nashville Predators in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft and was acquired by the Sharks via trade in the offseason. The 22-year-old Askarov has a high pedigree, which has been on display in the AHL this season, posting a sublime 1.92 GAA and .939 SV% in nine games (6-3-0). With Vitek Vanecek sidelined for the Sharks due to injury, Askarov could potentially make his Sharks debut between the pipes.

Rosen has been recalled from Rochester (AHL).

Rosen made his NHL debut last season, playing seven games with the Sabres, but has predominantly been an AHL player, including scoring 13 points (4G / 9A) in 14 games with the Rochester Americans this season. The 21-year-old Rosen was the 14th overall pick of the Sabres in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft.

Viel is an undrafted forward with 49 games of NHL experience but none since the 2022-23 season when he played four games with the San Jose Sharks. The 27-year-old Viel has four points (2G / 2A) in 14 games with the Providence Bruins (AHL) this season.

Grans has been recalled from Lehigh-Valley (AHL) on an emergency basis and will make his NHL debut on Monday vs. Colorado.

Grans was the second-round pick, 35th overall, of the Los Angeles Kings in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft. The 22-year-old defenseman has yet to play an NHL game but is expected to make his debut vs. Colorado on Monday. He has three points (1G / 2A) in 14 games with the Lehigh Valley Phantoms (AHL) this season.
