The Avalanche have acquired Lars Eller from the Capitals for a 2025 second-round pick.

Eller has seven goals, nine assists, 101 SOG, 36 PIMs and a -1 plus/minus through 60 games played with the Washington Capitals and has been traded to the Avalanche for a 2025 second-round pick. This will be the 33-year-olds fourth NHL team across 14 NHL seasons.

The Blue Jackets have acquired Jonathan Quick, a 2023 first-round pick and a 2024 third-round pick from the Kings for Joonas Korpisalo and Vladislav Gavrikov.

Quick was 11-13-4 with a 3.50 GAA and .876 SV% and has been dealt alongside a first-round pick and a third-round pick from the Kings for Joonas Korpisalo and Vladislav Gavrikov. It is the first time the 37-year-old will not be in Los Angeles in his 16-year career.

Vladislav Gavrikov

Korpisalo was 11-11-3 with a 3.17 GAA and .913 SV% in Columbus and will now head to Los Angeles alongside Vladislav Gavrikov from the Blue Jackets for Jonathan Quick, a first-round pick and a third-round pick. The 28-year-old played eight seasons in Columbus posting a .903 SV% across 210 career games.

Joonas Korpisalo
The Blackhawks acquired Andy Welinski in a three-team trade with the Rangers and Coyotes.

Welinkski has four goals, 16 points, 12 PIMs and a -16 plus/minus through 40 games with the Hartford Wolf Pack (AHL) and has been dealt to Chicago as part of the Patrick Kane deal in a three-team trade with the Rangers and Coyotes.

The Rangers acquired Patrick Kane from the Blackhawks in a three-team trade that also included the Coyotes.

Kane has had a down year in 2023, scoring 16 goals with 29 assists (45 points) in 54 games while with the 30th-placed Blackhawks. Moving to New York, he'll be surrounded by a ton of talent, including his former linemate Artemi Panarin. Kane will not make his Rangers debut Wednesday in Philadelphia but is expected to play Thursday vs. the Senators at Madison Square Garden.

The Predators have acquired Tyson Barrie, Reid Schaefer, a 2023 first-round pick and a fourth-round pick from the Oilers for Mattias Ekholm and a sixth-round pick.

Barrie had 10 goals, 33 assists, 115 SOG, 26 PIMs and a -3 plus/minus through 61 games with the Edmonton Oilers and has been traded to Nashville alongside Reid Schaefer, a 2023 first-round pick and a fourth-round pick from the Oilers for Mattias Ekholm and a sixth-round pick.

The Oilers have acquired Mattias Ekholm and a sixth-round pick from the Predators for Tyson Barrie, Reid Schaefer, a 2023 first-round pick and a fourth-round pick.

Ekholm had five goals, 13 assists, 99 SOG, and 24 PIMs across 57 games played with the Nashville Predators and has been acquired alongside a sixth-round pick from the Predators for Tyson Barrie, Reid Schaefer, a 2023 first-round pick and a fourth-round pick.
