Ersson has taken a backseat to Dan Vladar early in the 2025-26 season, due to Vladar's strong play. The 26-year-old Ersson is not expected to miss significant time, but his absence will further allow Vladar to make his case to be the starting goalie in Philadelphia. Erson has a 3.08 GAA and .876 SV% in four games this season (2-1-1).

Dvorsky will make his season debut on Thursday vs. Vancouver.

Dvorsky was drafted 10th-overall by the Blues in the 2023 NHL Entry Draft. The 20-year-old Slovak forward played two games with the Blues last season, but spent most of the campaign in the AHL, where he scored 45 points (21G / 24A) in 61 games with the Springfield Thunderbirds.

Aman has been assigned to Abbotsford (AHL).

Several injuries have popped up lately for Vancouver's forward group, allowing Aman to draw into the lineup for two games this week. The 25-year-old Aman started the 2025-26 season in the AHL, where has has three points (0G / 3A) in four games with the Abbotsford Canucks. Vancouver recalled Mackenzie MacEachern from Abbotsford in a corresponding move.

Hayden has been reassigned to Coachella Valley (AHL).

Injuries in Seattle allowed Hayden to draw into the lineup for three games, but he will return to a familiar spot in the AHL. The 30-year-old forward has spent most of the previous three seasons with the Coachella Valley Firebirds (AHL), including scoring 34 points (11G / 16A) in 44 games with them last season.

Gostisbehere (mid body) left Tuesdays game vs. Vegas and did not return.

Gostisbehere returned to the Hurricanes lineup on Tuesday from a multi-game absence due to a lower-body injury, but only lasted until the second period, exiting the game with 7:19 time-on-ice. Hurricanes' Head Coach Rod Brind'Amour insisted that Gostisbehere's injury is not related to the previous one. The 32-year-old Gostisbehere has been impressive offensively when in the lineup this season, with seven points (1G / 6A) in six games.

Ahcan was reassigned back to the Colorado Eagles (AHL) on Tuesday.

After 18 shifts and 13:19 TOI in Tuesday's 8-4 win over New Jersey, Jack Ahcan has been reassigned to the Colorado Eagles (AHL). The undrafted 28-year-old defensemen picked up his first career assist on Tuesday and will provide Colorado with defensive depth should they need another body later this season.

Garland (undisclosed) left Tuesday's game vs. New York with an injury and did not return.

Garland left Tuesday's game vs. New York after a massive collision with Sam Carrick and did not return. Vancouver was unable to provide any updates after the game and will add their leading scorer to their already long list of injuries so far n 2025-26. The Canucks will hope it is only a minor injury after Garland started the year on fire with three goals, 11 points and 28 SOG in his first 11 games played.

Merzlikins will start vs. Toronto on Wednesday.

The Blue Jackets are on the second half of a back-to-back after beating Buffalo 4-3 on Tuesday and will continue their goal rotation as they turn back to Elvis Merlikins vs. Toronto on Wednesday. Despite splitting starts, Merzlikins has been sensational in 2025-26, with his 3-1-0 record, .915 SV% and 2.96 GAA. He will host the Toronto Maple Leafs on Wednesday, who will be looking for a third straight win after their 4-3 victory over Calgary the night before.

Utah has signed Logan Cooley to an eight-year contrac worth $10 million AAV ($80M total).

Cooley was drafted third overall by the Arizona Coyotes in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft and has steadily improved in each of his three seasons. The 21-year-old had a career-high 65 points (25G / 40A) in 75 games in 2024-25 and is off to a hot start in 2025-26, with 12 points (8G / 4A) in his first 11 games. An eight-year contract for Cooley ensures that Utah will have his services secured until his age-29 season.

Kuemper will start in San Jose on Tuesday.

After losing five of their first six games (1-3-2) to start the season, the Kings have rebounded nicely, improving to 4-3-3 through 10 games. The Kings have yet to see the elite play of Darcy Kuemper that earned him a runner-up finish for the Vezina Trophy last season, but he will return to the crease on Tuesday against the San Jose Sharks. The 36-year-old Kuemper has a 2.78 GAA and .887 SV% in six games this season (2-2-2). The Kings enter Tuesday's contest as sizable -206 road favorites against a Sharks team that has scored six goals in two of their last three games (2-1-0).

Daccord will start against the Canadiens on Tuesday.

The Kraken will turn to their workhorse netminder for the eighth time this season when the Habs come to town on Tuesday. Daccord was spectacular once again in his last start, allowing just two goals on 33 shots in a 3-2 win over the Oilers on Saturday. The 29-year-old netminder brings an impressive 5-1-1 record and .915 SV% into Tuesday night's matchup, where the Kraken enter action at +105 on the money line.

Vancouver is 5-5-0 this season, a mediocre start that cannot be pinned on the play of Thatcher Demko, who has been terrific in the team's crease. The 29-year-old goalie has a stellar 2.36 GAA and .922 SV% in six games (4-2-0), a stark improvement from last season's 2.90 GAA and .889 SV% in 23 appearances (10-8-3). The Canucks enter Tuesday's contest as slight +105 home underdogs against a New York Rangers team off to a disappointing 3-5-2 start, averaging only 2.2 goals per game.

Vejmelka will start in Edmonton on Tuesday.

Utah leads the Central Division with an 8-2-0 record, fueled by a seven-game winning streak and adequate goaltending from Karel Vejmelka. The 29-year-old Czech goalie was outstanding in his most recent outing, saving 33 of 35 shots (.943 SV%) in a 6-2 win over the Minnesota Wild. He has a 2.43 GAA and .905 SV% in seven games this season (6-1-0). The Mammoth enters Tuesday's contest as +128 road underdogs against an Edmonton Oilers team that has been outscored 32-29 through 10 games this season (4-4-2).
