Marc Johnstone will be a healthy scratch Tuesday vs. Arizona.

Johnstone is an undrafted 27-year-old forward who has spent parts of the last three seasons in the AHL, between the Toronto Marlies and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, tallying 27 points (11G / 16A) in 94 games. He was recalled from the AHL last week and has played one game, averaging 7:19 time-on-ice and recording two hits.

Luke Schenn will re-enter the Predators lineup on Tuesday in favour of Tyson Barrie, who will be a healthy scratch for the fourth time in the last seven games. Schenn has zero points in nine games this season but continues to play his hard-nosed brand of hockey, tallying 30 hits and 11 blocks while averaging 14:29 time-on-ice.

Trade rumours have circulated about Barrie, who is in the last year of a contract ($4.5 million AAV) and has been unable to establish himself since being traded to the Predators last season. Luke Schenn is expected to draw back into the lineup with Barrie in the press box.
