With Vince Dunn (upper body) being placed on Injured Reserve, Seattle has recalled Fleury from Coachella Valley (AHL). After playing 41 games with the Montreal Canadiens in his rookie season in 2019-20, the 25-year-old Fleury has only played 22 combined NHL games since. Last season with Coachella Valley, Fleury had 36 points (7G / 29A) in 65 games.
With Julie Gauthier cleared waivers on Monday, the Islanders have recalled Foudy from Bridgeport (AHL). The 24-year-old Foudy was the 18th overall pick of the Columbus Blue Jackets in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft. He played 62 games with the Blue Jackets in the 2022-23 season, scoring 14 points (7G / 7A), but has primarily been an AHL player.
After clearing waivers on Monday afternoon, Gauthier will report to the Bridgeport Islanders of the AHL, where he had 10 points (7G / 3A) in 17 games last season. The 27-year-old Gauthier was held off the scoresheet in his only game this season and has 41 points (19G / 22A) in 181 career NHL games.
Beckman has cleared waivers and will report to the Utica Comets of the AHL. The 23-year-old was the 75th overall pick of the Minnesota Wild in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft and had two points (0G / 2A) in 11 games with Minnesota last season.
Elvis Merzlikins (upper-body) returned to practice on Monday and, as expected, Greaves has been reassigned to the Cleveland Monsters (AHL). The 23-year-old Greaves played nine games with the Blue Jackets last season (3-6-0), posting a 3.49 GAA and .908 SV%.
Andrae was recalled by the Flyers at the beginning of the season after Nick Seeler (lower-body) was placed on Injured Reserve, but did not crack the lineup for any of the five games he was with the team. The 22-year-old defenseman appeared in four games with the Flyers in 2023-24 but spent the majority of the year with Lehigh Valley (AHL) and had five goals and 32 points in 61 games played.
The struggling Predators, the only team without a point in the 2024-25 season (0-5-0), are looking for a spark and have recalled L'Heureux from the Milwaukee Admirals (AHL). The 21-year-old L'Heureux was the 27th overall pick of the Predators in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft and has yet to make his NHL debut. He had 48 points (19G / 29A) in 66 games with Milwaukee last season.
With the Devils assigning Seamus Casey to the Utica Comets (AHL), Misyul has been recalled and could get his first taste of NHL action. The 24-year-old Misyul was the 70th overall pick of the Devils in 2019 NHL Entry Draft. Misyul had 14 points (4G / 10A) in 44 games with Utica last season, his first taste of professional hockey in North America.
Despite a solid start to his NHL career, Casey will report to the Utica Comets of the AHL. In his first eight games, the 20-year-old Casey has four points (3G / 1A), seven blocks, and four hits. The Devils have recalled Daniil Misyul from Utica in a corresponding move.
Wagner has been in and out of the lineup since the injury to Jonathan Drouin (upper-body) in Colorado's season opener. Wagner has played two games so far, recording a -1 plus/minus, three hits, and three shots on goal.
Petrovic was called up last week after Matt Dumba (lower-body) was injured. Given that Dumba is only about a week into his week-to-week injury prognosis, Petrovic's demotion to the Texas Stars (AHL) is likely just a paper transaction. The 32-year-old Petrovic spent the majority of 2023-24 with the Texas Stars (AHL) and had five goals and 22 points in 70 games played.
Blumel made his season debut for Dallas on Saturday, filling in for Sam Steel (undisclosed). The 24-year-old Blumel played 8:00 time-on-ice and had two shots in goal while playing in his first NHL game since the 2022-23 season.
Reinhardt will replace Mads Sogaard on the Senators' roster for their road trip next week. The 24-year-old only has one career NHL game under his belt, but could get into the lineup next week after a strong start in the AHL--two goals and three assists in three games.
Returning Sogaard to the AHL is a sign that Linus Ullmark is healthy enough to travel on the Senators' upcoming road-trip. Sogaard stopped 27 of 28 shots in an OT loss in his only AHL game this season.
Harkins spent most of the 2023-24 campaign with the Pittsburgh Penguins, tallying four points (0G / 4A) in 45 games. The 27-year-old, in his first season with the Ducks organization, has 31 points (13G / 18A) in 199 career NHL games.
