Alexander Steeves has been recalled from the Toronto Marlies (AHL).

Steeves has been enjoying an excellent start to his 2023-24 season in Toronto (AHL) with 11 goals, seven assists, six PIMs, and a -2 plus/minus through 14 games played and has been recalled to the Maple Leafs Thursday. The 23-year-old has six career NHL games under his belt and has an assist and five SOG while averaging only 7:55 TOI.

Chase De Leo has cleared waivers and has been assigned to San Diego (AHL).

De Leo has been out since the preseason due to a knee injury and was placed on waivers Wednesday with the purpose of assigning him to San Diego (AHL). The 28-year-old has not appeared in the NHL since 2021-22 with New Jersey but had nine goals and 23 points in 22 games with Utica (AHL) last season.

Joey Anderson has been recalled from Rockford (AHL).

Anderson has enjoyed a fantastic start to his 2023-24 season in Rockford (AHL) with seven goals, nine assists, two PIMs, and a -3 plus/minus in 14 games played and has been recalled to Chicago Thursday. The 25-year-old appeared in 24 games in 2022-23 with the Blackhawks, where he had four goals, six points, 28 SOG, and a -9 plus/minus in 24 games played.

Joey Anderson
Cole Guttman has been recalled from Rockford (AHL).

Guttman had three goals, six assists, 16 PIMs, and a +5 plus/minus in 12 games with Rockford (AHL) and has been recalled to Chicago for a second time this season. The 24-year-old center returns to the Blackhawks, where he has a goal in three games played and is expected to center the second line as Andreas Athanasiou heads to the injured reserve.

Chris Driedger has been recalled from Coachella Valley (AHL).

With Philipp Grubauer (undisclosed) out day-to-day, Chris Driedger has been recalled from Coachella Valley (AHL) for the first time since 2021-22. The 29-year-old has enjoyed a successful start to the season in the AHL, with his 6-4-0 record, 2.61 GAA and .908 SV%. He returns to the NHL, where he has a 30-23-5 record with his .917 SV% and 2.45 GAA.

Chris Driedger
Eric Robinson has been recalled from Cleveland (AHL).

Robinson has a goal, three assists, and a +3 plus/minus in nine games with Cleveland (AHL) but has been recalled to Columbus Tuesday. The 28-year-old left-winger will head to the Blue Jackets for a second time this season and has only appeared in one game so far without a point after appearing in 139 games across the last two seasons. In 2022-23, he had 12 goals and 24 points in 72 games with Columbus.

Mattias Norlinder has been recalled from Laval (AHL).

Norlinder has a goal, an assist, eight PIMs, and a -15 plus/minus in 14 games with Laval (AHL) and has been recalled Tuesday. He will be expected to replace Jordan Harris (injured reserve) and build off his previous six-game showing in the NHL from 2021-22 where he had an assist and two PIMs. The 23-year-old was Montreal's 2019 third-round draft pick (64th overall).

Mattias Norlinder
Jensen Harkins has been recalled from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL).

Harkins has four goals, five assists, 10 PIMs and a +1 plus/minus in 11 games played with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton and has been recalled for a second time this season Tuesday. The 26-year-old was claimed off waivers by the Penguins earlier this season and appeared in four games but failed to pick up any points.

Alex Nylander has been recalled from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL).

Nylander had five goals, eight points, and two PIMs in 11 games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL) and has been recalled to Pittsburgh Tuesday. The 25-year-old left-winger returns to the NHL where he has 14 goals and 34 points in 93 career games across five seasons. He had a goal and two assists in nine games played in his inaugural Pittsburgh season in 2022-23.

Trey Fix-Wolansky has been reassigned to Cleveland (AHL).

Fix-Wolansky appeared in one game for the Blue Jackets and had 17 shifts and 12:32 TOI but has been reassigned to Cleveland (AHL) on Tuesday. The 24-year-old right-winger returns to the AHL where he was dominant prior to his recall, with four goals, 16 points, eight PIMs and a +7 plus/minus in 11 games.
